This wrap can help with lots of things. Including;

• support during pregnancy and postnatal
• help where there has been a diastasis of the abdominal region 
• help with stabilising the lower back
• support the Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) 

They aren't hard to make and use. All you need is a sewing machine, some 100% cotton fabric (calico, duck or canvas)
The wrap needs to be about 2.5 mtrs in length and about 13 -15 cms wide.
Then you just need to tie it around the hips properly

Ok so there are some people that think I'm crazy. I'm used to it really but this is one of those things that I've recommended to clients for ages.

I have a great little massage ball that's like a knobbly little massage ball for my feet or my hands. I've seen these balls sold for anywhere up to$9 or $10 online.

Then One day at the supermarket I found these little gems. Dryer balls. They're knobbly and at a mega outlay of $2.95 they are a bargain for those suffering with sore tired feet.
Go to your local dollar shop and see if you can get some! They rock.
