It's funny I'm getting back to business. That brings a certain obligation, if i make an appointment I keep it. If someone calls I should call them back. I need to keep my crazy life in some sort of order.
The best part about starting again, the value of hind sight. I've been there and done that and I know how I don't want to do it.
So, this is why I don't do vouchers. Not in the traditional sense anyway.
Over the last 12 months I've had to deal with the feeling of owing people. Feeling obligated, I took your money, now I HAVE to perform the service. So many of clients have been really understanding, some not so much, but all of them were owed something. Its a pretty crappy feeling, not very Peachy at all. So I've changed how i issue vouchers.
So how does it work. Easy.
You want to get someone that you care for a gift of a massage. That's great.
Call me up make time to come to the studio and I can issue one for you. I'll need a name email and contact for both you and the recipient. Normally this is where you'd hand over your cash and be on your way, but NO. I'll take all the details then when the recipient USES the voucher I'll send you an email with an invoice to be paid. So you don't pay till the voucher is used. If its not used you don't pay.
No one owes anyone anything until something is actually done, Its great.
At least i think it is...
